lol. Samanko!?

Ok, so this is what happened. :XD: My family went to this Korean super market for the first time, and it was actually quite amusing. You know, a lot of spelling errors and whatnot. I actually took a lot of pictures of the supermarket, but this is the one picture that I could not stop laughing at! (Even my mom)

You see, in Japan, these things are called 鯛焼き(Taiyaki) which literally means "baked sea bream". It's really good by the way. But then we see this really identical thing called "Samanko" which in Japanese means "little/kid sama" (Ok, sama is a fish but I don't know what the English word is so I fail at translating. XD lol. )

けっこう面白い店でした！韓国の店だったけどけっこう日本のぱくりの物がいっぱいあったのでけっこう楽しめました。:D やっぱ鯛焼き食べたいなｗｗｗ。でも"Samanco"？それはけっこう笑えましたよ。:XD: もう"Made in Chinaかなぁ？"とか思っていましたよ。ほかに"Sharpie" マーカーじゃなくて"Sherpie"マーカーも見ましたよ！

P.S. If you haven't noticed, I'm really lazy on posting actual art so I'm just posting this picture. :XD: lol

ROFL XD omg i lovies taiyaki!! :D I haven't had them in so long tho ;w; Which end do u eat first? Head or tail?^^ (I switch everytime XD) It's also weird how Chinese restaurants try to immitate sushi and it turns out a bit odd sometimes depending on the restaurant ^^; but oh wellz. XD
sounds like an interesting shop~ wish i could go there with u, lololz XD *hugs*

I knowz! I dunno I just really had the urge to post this picture! :XD: lol. I mean it's not everyday that you get to see Samanko. :D lol. I actually don't pay much attention to which side I eat first, but I think I like eating the tail first because it has less anko in it. ;3 (I'm the type that saves the good things until last) I know I love those Chinese imitations of stuff though! They crack me up! :XD: lol. Yes, I got like this pack of sushi one time and one row was unusually taller than the rest. ^^; lol. Yess~~!! It would be so much fun!! ;A; :heart: :glomp:

I'm sure you didn't mean this but this comment sounds very disrespectful to Koreans, you make us sound like fools
all Asians have "spelling errors and whatnot" so don't single us out

Koreans eat taiyaki's too, its like the most popular snacks in Korea

samanco, is spelled samanco, pronounced sa-mahn-co
IT'S ICE CREAM
its very delicious, i think that its even better than taiyaki

I don't intend to start a fight, I'm just merely stating facts

Thank you for telling me, and no I didn't mean to make it sound disrespectful... ^^; I'm so sorry if it sounded mean. But I like pointing stuff out like this so... But I'm sorry. I know we all make mistakes. I'm Japanese and I love seeing Japanese mistakes too. (Which I point out) like when I saw "Virtual Boring" instead of Bowling. :XD: But anyways, I'm so sorry if it sounded mean. ^^;
